End of support for Windows 7

NVIDIA has recently announced that its drivers won't support Windows 7 anymore.

The implications for Marquise Technologies' solutions is that from January 2021 onwards, the only system MIST, ICE and TORNADO will support is Windows 10. Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 are also deprecated.
