Accessing the Scopes


Depending on the number of screens you are using to operate MIST or ICE Studio, you access differently the Audio and Video Scopes.


Single screen mode

In Single screen mode, each scope is an individual window that can be placed anywhere on the screen and resized.

-> Right click on the Image Viewport to select the scopes to display, and scroll down to then end of the menu to see all the Video, Audio and NGA scopes:



The scope will open in the upper left of the screen, and you can grab it and place it wherever on the screen, as well as resize it. You can display as many scopes as you want as the same time.


-> To access the different options and styles for a scope, right click on the scope or use the OPTIONS icon:

-> You can modify the opacity of the scope using the Opacity Slider

-> To close a scope use the CLOSE icon on the upper right of the scope or deselect it from the Viewport Operations Menu


Scopes on a second screen

When using a dedicated screen for the scope, a default scopes layout is set per default on the secondary screen, with assigned scopes by default.

The Scopes assignment per layout and the layout itself is saved by project.


-> To change the number of scopes to display on the screen, click on the LAYOUT icon at the bottom left of the screen:

-> To change the scope assigned for a particular scope placeholder, click on the SCOPE icon:
